StuCo Weekly Update 3/28

Julia Harvey
Student Coalition President

As we have talked about again, and again, Student Coalition is very focused on our Music Video. We are still asking many sports teams and clubs to sign up for filming, so if you haven’t been contacted yet, please send me an e-mail at julia.harvey@sbcglobal.net. As we continue filming, the vision of a student body uniting video is apparent.

As a part of our charity work, you might have seen some Student Coalition members walking around with the spring flower, daffodils! We sold $300 worth of daffodils this past week as a part of American Cancer Society’s Daffodil Days!

In other news, the date for Ramstock has been set! Ramstock will be held in the cafeteria, as always, on May 17th. Student bands should get organized and prepare for performances as Student Coalition is looking to have as many bands perform as possible.

Besides these fundraisers and activities, prom is always on our minds. Juniors are dedicated to their prom as they spend their last weeks gathering decorations. Although there is over a month left until senior prom, senior Student Coalition members are feeling the pressure of making this senior prom an experience that students will never forget! We can guarantee that everyone attending junior and/or senior proms will feel the elegance and fun of prom!
