This blog is oriented around the idea that it is important to have motivation and a purpose for every day, especially during quarantine. Every other day, there will be a focus and message for the day. The goal is to live each day with this concept in the back of your head so that you can feel productive and uplifted throughout the rest of quarantine.

Day 4: Exercise

I personally have had a very difficult time getting myself motivated to workout or go on a walk. But, when I do exercise I have found that I feel physically and mentally clear. Going on something as simple as a walk can really enable your mind to free your thoughts and cleanse the mind of all its worries. If you are looking for something a little more intense, there are great free workout programs online (listed down below). I know that I can’t force myself to workout unless someone is helping me motivate, so here is my motivation to you. You can do this! Just get a little fresh air or a good cardio workout in. I promise you won’t regret it.
