On Saturday, the Varsity Girl’s Hockey Team held a Family Free Skate fundraiser at Terry Connors Ice Rink in Stamford. The fundraiser was designed to support the players and to help pay for practices at local ice rinks (practice time on the ice can be costly). Also, the ‘Free Skate’ encourages youths to join hockey programs. Here are some photographs of the event.
