“Inner Space,” a gallery coordinated by photography teacher Mr. Peter Kingsbury, was put on display on Nov. 16 in the front entrance hallway. The gallery features the work of photography and art classes alike.

NEAD cracks open their 25th production

Since the beginning of September, The New England Academy of Dance (NEAD) has been preparing for their 25th annual production of The Nutcracker. This year, they plan to include higher quality pyrotechnics, an additional charity benefit show, and a brand new dance called “The Roses”.

Founder of Free the Children speaks out to Connecticut teens

On Monday, November 29, Craig Kielburger, founder of Free the Children, addressed students, parents and educators from surrounding towns at the New Canaan Outback Teen Center.

Mr. Kielburger created Free the Children when he was just 12, inspired after reading an article in the Toronto Star about a boy his age who was assassinated for protesting child labor.

The Stamford Advocate reported that senior Kevin Macari caught three touchdown passes from junior Matt Milano as the Rams defeated Naugutuck High School 21-12 in the opening round of States, today, November 30th.

TV Broadcasting students go on sidelines with MSG Varsity

While most Rams fans sat in the stands in New Canaan’s 42-20 rout of the Greenwich Cardinals, those fans sitting at home got to see quite the treat at 7:30 on Nov 5. MSG Varsity, the local high school sports network that has just entered its second year on Cablevision, broadcasted the game live at 7:30 across the tri-state area.
