Hope in the Midst of Quarantine; Scottish Sweetness

Every weekday, I will be posting bits of hope and positivity from around the world in the midst of the Coronavirus quarantine

Owners of the ‘Day Today store’ in Falkirk, Scotland have been giving away free COVID-19 prevention kits to help those over 65 avoid contraction of the disease. The Muslim couple Jawed and Asiya prepared the care packages themselves, stuffing them with hand sanitizer, face masks and cleaning wipes. They personally delivered these kits to neighbors at risk completely gratis.

Similarly, Twitter user Florencia Chang-Ageda’s neighbor has been bringing over vitamins while in quarantine to those who cannot access them or risk buying them themselves.
