Every weekday, I will be posting bits of hope and positivity from around the world in the midst of the Coronavirus quarantine
On a less serious note today, here is an act of kindness that is not to other humans, but rather to animals.
After the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, employees allowed a select few rockhopper penguins to tour the aquarium. In the video attached, you will see Wellington and bonded pair Edward and Annie who are together for nesting season discover other marine life. Don’t worry, these penguins were closely monitored the entire time.
The penguin’s genuine curiosity and interest in the other animals is delightful and I encourage you to share this with as many people as possible.
