New chapter for student and librarian relationship

Moments like these lead some students to feel a strained relationship with librarians. “There’s definitely some tension in the interactions with librarians,” said sophomore Jack Neuhaus.

Choral concert sets the stage for trip to England

On December 15th, at 7:30 p.m., NCHS choir students will perform at New Canaan’s First Presbyterian Church, something they have been preparing for since September. The Madrigals, who rehearse with choir director David Gomez every Wednesday evening, will also be performing.

Orchestra Festival this Wednesday night

For the past couple of months, more than thirty orchestra students have prepared for their annual Orchestra Festival, which will be performed on Wednesday, December 16th at 7 pm.

“We do all kinds of different music, from “Purple Haze” by Jimmy Hendrix to what one would think orchestras play, like classical music,” said Orchestra Director Leo Ficks.
