It’s almost that time of year for seniors — when the long wait for a college acceptance is over and they have to decide which college to attend.

In order to weigh the pros and cons of attending a college, or to learn more about a school, some are reaching out to students who have been admitted for this fall or are currently attending that college.

A little over a week ago, the usually quiet town of New Canaan was transformed into chaotic, tree-strewn confusion when a Nor’easter hit town and the surrounding area. It can be said on any Sunday afternoon while students are still holding off on doing their homework, that browsing through photo albums of the weekend’s parties on Facebook is an unofficial pastime of sorts.
