In 8th grade, I constructed the Pantheon out of gingerbread. The Latin inscription was piped in icing, and the Roman gingerbread men surrounding the building were reading their scrolls made from the paper of a Fruit by the Foot. And recently I have realized that that act, four long years ago, still matters.
International Night celebrates different cultures and students who excel in languages

On May 24 the World Language Department held their seventh annual International Night in the cafeteria from 5-7. Students, teachers and parents enjoyed numerous ethnic foods, listened to student performances and watched an award ceremony to honor those who excelled throughout the year.
