International Night celebrates different cultures and students who excel in languages

On May 24 the World Language Department held their seventh annual International Night in the cafeteria from 5-7. Students, teachers and parents enjoyed numerous ethnic foods, listened to student performances and watched an award ceremony to honor those who excelled throughout the year.

The NCHS cafeteria serves varied breakfast and lunch foods ranging from ice cream to prepared sandwiches. Though every day the cafeteria is crowded with hungry teens, the most students tend to know about the food is the name and what condiments can go with it.
