As of the first 2016-2017 edition, the Courant is introducing a new subscription service. This service had been available in the past, but has taken a break in the last couple of years.
For $15 a school year, the Courant will deliver new editions of the printed paper to subscribers’ houses, and if indicated, notify subscribers via email of new content on the Courant’s website. While students can pick up the paper at school, subscriptions help the copy make its way home for parents to see. “This year the Courant is trying to expand its outreach so that in addition to the students, the town can see what is happening in the high school from students’ perspective,” co-Editor-in-Chief Molly Keshin said.
All of the money collected will go towards printing costs, technology, field trips, and good. “We work with a publishing company who we have to pay to print our standard editions,” Molly said. “Colored ink and additional pages are extra so we would use the funds to help us pay and make the Courant the best it could be.”
To purchase a subscription please enter your contact information here. Payments can be made online using the School Cash Online system or via cash or check made out to ‘Courant’ and dropped off in the main office. If the selected form of payment is online, a confirmation email will be sent that has the School Cash link.
