Today, Oct. 10, is Turn Back the Clock day. Each grade dressed according to their designated decade. Freshmen were 50s, sophomores were 60s, juniors were 70s and seniors had the 80s. Students took the opportunity to ‘go back in time’ and experience the style of a past decade.
Senior Tess Decker was excited for Turn Back the Clock day because it serves as an opportunity to bond with her grade. “I love turn back the clock day because our whole grade gets involved and it’s so fun dancing with everyone in the lounge,” she said.
Senior Michael Root loves this day because he can live in a different decade. “I love turn back the clock day because, we weren’t born in the 80s and now we get to live in the 80s,” he said.
Turn Back the Clock day is sophomore Meghan Egan’s favorite spirit day because she can take a different approach to her outfit. “Turn back the clock day is my favorite day because you get to dress fabulously.”
