On March 14, 15, and 16 the NCHS theatre department will be performing “Anything Goes,” at 7 pm. The show is about Billy Crocker, played by senior Wyatt Lysenko, and his story of chasing love on a cruise ship.

“The show stoppers are Anything Goes and Blow Gabriel, Blow!” Senior Sadie Seelert who plays Reno Sweeney, said.  “Our ensemble does a fabulous job dancing and the numbers are just so catchy.”

Students and staff have been working on the show almost all day everyday since casting in November, and Sadie says that the work has paid off “There’s love triangles, criminals, huge dance numbers, and a lot of comedy,” she said.

Devin Findlay, a junior who has been a part of the program for the past three years, feels the same way. “Characters played by your favorite drama kids contribute to this story,” she said.  “We added a bunch of shenanigans, fun and craziness. There’s lots of dancing and singing I really recommend you make an appearance.”

Tickets cost $15-$18 and can be purchased for assigned seats at http://newcanaanhighschooltheatre.com or at the door.
