The team has struggled generating wins throughout the season. The boys have been competitive in many of their games, but have not been able to score enough to win. The Rams dominated during their game against Trinity Catholic on January 17th, resulting in a 64-57 win. With a record of 9-5, Trinity qualified for 7th place in FCIACS which starts next week.

Looking back on this game, co-captain Tyler Sweeney says, “Our game against Trinity was a turning point for the program, showing us that we are capable of beating anyone. Whenever we feel our backs are against the wall, that is a game we can look at to give us a boost of confidence.”

Although the team will be losing six seniors, the underclassman hope to hold the fort down and achieve better results next year. Senior James Crovatto admits, “We had a tough season this year but we have a good group of guys returning and a great coaching staff, so I’m excited to see what the future holds.”

The boys hope to end the season on a high note when they take on St. Joes, Ridgefield and Westhill.
