The Seniors voted, and the results are in! Here are the top looks from Senior Prom 2014:
by Sarah Maddox and Hannah Kirkpatrick
Might as well call her Molly Ringwald, because she looked darn pretty in pink! Not only does this chick kill it on the tennis court, but she also knows how to knock everyone’s socks off at prom! That beautiful hibiscus pink truly stood out against those dreary grey clouds on prom night. You go girl!
Emily Wood
Emily’s silky blue shift more than compensated for the lack of blue skies that night. Her breathtaking smile and silver shoes made her the Cinderella of the ball. The sparkle of her delicate silver necklace perfectly complimented the sparkle in her radiant blue eyes, which were subtly yet beautifully made up. The unique style of her dress will without a doubt sert trends for next year’s two proms.
If there was a word that mixed elegant and jaw dropping together, we would use it to describe Christina Donovan at prom. She somehow managed to be bold and subtle simultaneously, making it the most captivating prom look so far. Her golden cuff and swept curls came together for an ethereal and exotic look to be remembered.
Isabel looked fresh-faced and vibrant at sprom this year! This trackie certainly did not look tacky arriving at the Marriott ballroom in a coral gown that made everybody wish they could pulll of that color as well as she does. PS- Those toned arms did not go unnoticed in her elegant prom poses!
More like Keaton McAwesome! She even matched her pretty pink lipstick to her corsage. (Good job, Danny!) Although we wish we saw a little more of those long track legs, her dress matched the green-with-envy look on everyone else’s face. Her matching emerald eyes were elegantly made-up and forced everyone to stop and stare.
Wow, Kala! Ms. Berg rocked this fierce cream jumpsuit with admirable confidence. Plus, she avoided the common struggle of having her dress stepped on, and she certainly didn’t have to worry about having a prom doppelganger. This bold move truly worked in her favor- our girl Kala looked fab. Clean. Simple. Sophisticated.
All eyes were on Courtney’s gutsy look at Prom 2014! Literally. That girl’s guts are seriously toned. This sophisticated bodycon was a successful attention grabber, certainly standing out from the rest. The only thing more radiant than that red dress was the smile she wore all night.
This lacrosse star sure did score at Senior Prom! The patterned top and drop-waist skirt was red-carpet-worthy. This beauty queen will definitely shine on the BU campus this fall.
This dress was practically made for Tyler. Stunning, sassy, but always classy, this girl rocked it all night in a glamorous sexy-meets-sweet combination. The bold top and sheer bottom made her look like a mermaid in disguise.
This “boho-meets-Marilyn Monroe” style wasn’t just from the luck of the Irish. This Notre Dame queen looked like royalty on prom night. Her statement necklace and long side-braid added to the overall appeal of the look and attracted countless double takes.
This goofball looked seriously handsome at Senior Prom! Owen’s white and baby blue getup was a dashing combination and looked stunning against the blue dress of his beautiful date! His fancy bowtie was not only a pretty color, but it had charming white polka dots that caught everybody’s eye. This look was perfect on the Colorado State bound hippie.
In addition to wearing a beautiful black tuxedo, Collin rocked a flowery pink and blue bowtie- someone’s clearly ready to spend another summer in Cape Cod! What made this never-before-seen bowtie extra special was the way it entirely matched Isabel’s pink statement earrings. This BC sweetheart donned a look to remember at sprom.
If only we could see his muscles through that tux…but in all seriousness, Connor rocked that teal blue vest and jet black jacket! Of course, this football hall-of-famer definitely did not leave the house without that legendary championship ring. This rough-around-the-edges senior certainly knows how to class it up!
Wow Graham, you stole the show! This upper-class cutie sure knew how to pull it together this year for senior prom. By keeping it simple with the classic black and white combination, he was able to let his date, and his winning smile, shine through. Thanks for keepin’ it hot!
This comedian let his happy-go-lucky personality shine through at Senior Prom! His red, orange, and blue-striped bowtie looked spectacular- it was fun and chipper, and it looked fabulous on this beach blonde class favorite.
This Swedish sweetie stole everyone’s heart when he walked into pre prom with that winning smile and jaw dropping tux. With his stunning date dressed in white, Alex was able to compliment the colors nicely with a slick black and white tux. The pale pink boutonniere was a lovely compliment as well!
Slate? More like sleek! This tall blonde walked into prom looking marvelous in that grey suit of his. Even more classy? Walking in with a hot date and Arizona Iced Tea. This man has got his priorities in order for sure. Excellent job, sir.
Holy top-hat batman! This classy cutie looked fantastic in his silver suit, top-hat, and cane, making not just an appearance, but also a scene! Only someone with over-exuding confidence could pull that off. This outfit took stylish to a whole new level. Good job, Tucker!
Ross Hurlock and Christian Hays
The two besties, Ross and Christian, absolutely killed it in kilts this year. The daring looks were both admirable AND attractive on these boys! It’s no wonder they both made the cut for best dressed this year.
