It’s official: Paramore guitarist Josh Farro and his brother, Zac, have been replaced. For those of you who, just like me, were wishing that the brothers would change their mind and return to the band, prepare to be heartbroken: As reported by the Washington Post, guitarist Justin York, along with drummer Josh Freese who is best known for his work with bands such as Guns N’ Roses and Nine Inch Nails, have been welcomed to the band temporarily.
Founder of Free the Children speaks out to Connecticut teens

On Monday, November 29, Craig Kielburger, founder of Free the Children, addressed students, parents and educators from surrounding towns at the New Canaan Outback Teen Center.
Mr. Kielburger created Free the Children when he was just 12, inspired after reading an article in the Toronto Star about a boy his age who was assassinated for protesting child labor.
NC residents “trot” to benefit the Norwalk Emergency Shelter

On Sunday, November 21, the 7th Annual New Canaan Turkey Trot was held at Irwin Park. In benefit of the Norwalk Emergency Shelter, participants partook in a 3k run around the park and gave donations. The Turkey Trot aims to provide funds for the shelter, as well as clothing items.
