Carrying on the Traditions of Bussey’s Bombsquad

Many students came to be cheer on the team and be apart of the first bombsquad event of the 2017 school year. In years past, senior boys were chosen to lead the Bomb Squad, and this year, the tradition has continued. Matt Berger and Pete Desantis passed on the leadership role to Stephen Curiale and Nate Aliapoulios. The team this year was led by captains Jackson Appelt, James Crovatto, Drew Morris, and Ryan O’Connell. With a fairly strong record and incredible talent, the 15-7 lacrosse team had an exhilarating season and the opportunity to play in extremely exciting games such as the match against McDonogh at the University of Pennsylvania. Girls sports take on the postseason

The girls fell to Wilton 0-7. But the girls would quickly improve, finishing the regular season with a 12-4 record. This included an important win against the Ridgefield Tigers, where the Rams were able to pull away with the win 6 matches to one.
